The adults have two classes over at the parsonage. Parents with school-aged children are currently studying various issues of raising children with Pastor Ray upstairs.
Faith Lessons Taught by: John Born
The rest of the adults, gathered in the parsonage living room, are enjoying Faith Lessons. Now you can join a Bible study in the Holy Land without leaving Lorain County. Filmed in Israel, Ray Vander Laan's ten-volume DVD series transports you to biblical sites to help you better understand the Hebrew culture that gave birth to Scripture. The Promised Land, Israel's prophets and kings, the life, ministry, death and resurrection of the Messiah, and the early church are some of the topics we will be studying every Sunday morning. Each volume features "faith lessons" that underscore the Bible's significance for you. No matter whether you've been a Christian for a long time or are just exploring what the Christian faith is all about, you will find this series makes studying the Bible extremely interesting.
This class is open to anyone wanting to know about Bible times - the people, places, and practices behind Christianity.
